A 53-year-old Stuttgart man is facing a misdemeanor charge after urinating on a wall,Coach Outlet, cursing an officer and causing a scene.

His only alleged charge listed in the report was public intoxication. The man s symptoms or reason for receiving care at the hospital was not listed.
