2. Wearing well pitman assembly

The pitman of the jaw crusher is made up of sterling cast steel, and is driven by two large cast steel or iron flywheels. A heavy eccentric forging shaft and four heavy same sizes ball roller bearing ensures transcendental reliability of the crusher even under the most awful crushing condition. Labyrinth seal is used to avoid pollution for grease lubrication.

3. One-piece cast steel bearing box

The one piece cast steel bearing box make sure the excellent suit for the crusher frame, it also avoids the needless loading to the bearing frame, which is inevitable for 2-pieces bearing housing structures.

4. The proper jaw plate for a certain application
