The way exploitation of the sand and gravel, mining utilization and the particle size of the exploitation have a great impact on durability of concrete, coagulate, durability and shock resistance of the the downstream industry of concrete. It also has an impact on the  construction industry especially the energy-efficient buildings. Therefore, if the sand and gravel industry wants to scale new heights, the mining method must be upgraded and the technological innovation must be accelerated.
Second, there are many enterprises with small scale and the management level needs to be improved. Although many areas have been established the management station to engage in enterprise management, but the workshop business still exists without industrialized management of state. Individual mining sites are limited by region and market limitations, which is lack of standardized management and profit model and fails to reflect the proper scale. Scale plays a significant role in enterprise management.
Third, standards need to be improved and the industry is urgently upgraded. Policies, standards and other industries, compared to the introduction of less certain policy standards is lagging behind. It is necessary to allow the industry standard to meet the basic attributes of the industry and functional requirements to promote industrial upgrading. The requirements of product quality should meet the requirements of the entire macro-development to meet the requirements of structural adjustment and meet the requirements of industrial upgrading.
