LeBron James set to wear Nike LeBron 10 for NBA opening night

Before the 2012-13 NBA regular season tips off with the Miami Heat taking on the Boston Celtics, the Heat will raise their second championship banner in team history and receive their rings from David Stern. As is always the case, all eyes will be on LeBron James, who will be rocking a special "Gold" colorway of the Nike LeBron X. Nike revealed the shoes for the first time on Tuesday.

Featuring a gold upper that is reminiscent of the Larry O'Brien Trophy that James held up when the Heat won the title this past June, the Nike LeBron X "Gold" will have several icons on the shoe that recall the team's run to the championship. On the heel will be James' total point scored during the playoffs (697), the team's record (16-7) and the words "MVP" and "CHAMP," labels that can finally be ascribed to James after nine heavily scrutinized seasons,www.air-jordan-heelss.us.

LeBron James will open the season in a special gold-themed LEBRON X paying tribute to the team's 2011-2012 Championship,air jordans.
