And now it appears Amanda Bynes is shutting out those who love her.
The 27-year-old tweeted on Thursday that she no longer has contact with her parents after they expressed concern about their daughter's well-being.
The actress tweeted: 'I don't speak to my parents anymore, they don't talk to reporters on my behalf. Don't believe anything you read about me unless I tweet it.'
Amanda may have been referring to her mother's alleged angry response to Kim Kardashian's comments about her daughter on a recent episode of Chelsea Lately.
'Am I the only one that is obsessed with her new makeover,borse chanel?' said Kim on Monday while chatting with Chelsea Handler. 'I think she looks amazing. With the blonde hair and those nails?'
But Amanda's parents were said to have found the comments to be in 'poor taste.'

The star's worried family are said to be trying to get her to leave New York and move closer to them in Los Angeles,ray ban sunglasses.
