Officers found the 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the leg near 60th and Maple streets around 11:20 p,air jordon.m.
The man told police that he was working at Star Deli a few blocks away, when a man entered the store with a gun and demanded money.
Star Deli owner Jay Muller said his employee’s first instinct was to run when the masked man came into the store.
“My employee was the only one in here,monster beats. His reaction was to bolt for the door, and as he was leaving the gunman shot him in the back of the leg," Muller said,douuo.com/gucci.html.
The victim, who does not want to be identified,jordan pas cher, said after he was shot, he managed to run down Maple Street. He said the gunman caught up with him in an alley, but he managed to escape by climbing a wall to get onto a roof and then called police,Chanel Online.
Medics took the man to Alegent Creighton Health Creighton University Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. He said he received 30 stitches.
City Councilman Pete Festersen said the city has invested in new safety measures for Benson, like emergency phones and more lighting. He said police bike patrols will be out when the weather is warmer.
