WAUKESHA -Carlos Ward fled the scene in downtown Waukesha after and June crash, and Friday was an emotional day in court as the woman Ward hit spoke out,Chanel Outlet, begging for justice.

What he did, she said, he could never ever fix that.
Ward apologized and admitted to the court he made a mistake. He panicked at the scene.
The 30-year-old man from Milwaukee faced nine months behind bars, but the judge sentenced him to four.
