Working principle
After being smashed to the degree of the demanding
granularity, materials would be conveyed by the elevator to the storage hopper
then continuously delivered by the vibrating
feeder to the grinding chamber. Due to the centrifugal effect during
rotation, the grinding roller swings outwards and presses the grinding ring
tightly. The shovel blade scoops up the materials to send them to the inbetween
of the grinding roller and grinding ring, hence the smashing aim via the
roller’s rolling can be realized. The fine powder of the grinded materials will
be brought into the analytical engine for separation following the air blower’s
circulation. Then the non-fine enough powders will fall into the chamber for
another grinding, while the qualified ones will flow into the whirlwind powder
collector for the finished products and will be discharged through the powder
tube. Those fines become the final products. Besides, due to the fact that
certain moisture usually exits in the grinded materials, amount of heat will be
produced in the process of grinding, water is going to evaporate and the pipe
joints in the machine are lax. Therefore, the inhalation of the air outside
results in the increase of the circulating air pressure which ensures a
negative-pressure working environment. Eventually, the additional airflow would
be discharged into the precipitator via the pipe, getting purified and then
discharged into the atmosphere.
