The description of flotation process

Second, MQGT super energy-saving ball
mill
MQGT super energy-saving ball mill is also known as roller mill. It
rotates by roller and roller ring, and changes the speed by the gear ring which

Process description
of Dissolved air flotation:
Some DAF unit designs utilize parallel plate
packing material, lamellas, to provide more separation surface and therefore to
enhance the separation efficiency of the unit.
DAF can be categorized by
Circular (more efficient) and Rectangular (more residence time). The former type
requires just 3 minutes and the example is Wockoliver DAF system, whereas
Rectangular requires 20 to 30 minutes the typical example can be syskill DAF
system. One of the bigger advantage of Circular is its Spiral Scoop.
The sand
pulp is first send to the two inlets of the spiral chute. After added water for
appropriate pulp density, the pulp swirls down and generates a centrifugal force
which separates the ores and sands. The ore concentrate flows into the hopper
and is collected through a pipeline. The tailings are discharged by a sand pulp.
Thus, the whole mineral process is finished.
Safe Beneficiation Will Increase
Recovery Rate of the Tailings.
The recycling processing flow is as
followings. The tailings in the processing plant is transported to the tailings
recycling plant. The concentrates generated and re-separated by the magnetic
separator are transported to the ball through the pump for centralized
processing as qualified concentrates. The tailings generated are transported to
the stockpiling of the tailings through the pumping station.
