The introduction of cement production

Or dehydrate the wet processed prepared raw slurry into raw lump and then feed it into kiln to burn into clinker, which is semi-wet process, still remaining kind methods of wet process.
The new type  with production of 5000 tons per day used in dry method cement production line and the ground slag mill plant with annual output over 50,0000 tons, both of which adopt Hongxing heavy industry LM series vertical roll mill. It is suitable for grinding raw cement process and coal and cement clinker processing, especially for grinding cement, ground slag and steel slag that sort of materials. As the stoptime of material in the grinding is longer than traditional vertical mill, processed goods particle shape and size distribution by processing of Hongxing heavy industry roller mill is close to that level of the ball mill products. That is good for improving the cement (high fine slag powder, high fine steel slag powder) hydration performance and increasing strength. It shows that cement enterprise has good prospects for development in pulverized coal preparation, slag grinding, plaster powder calcined grinding and grinding nonmetalliferous ore.
