The advantages of improved vertical dryer
At present, Concrete is one of the leading civil engineering materials. It is
a kind of artificial sand materials that produced by cementing material, grain
aggregate, water and some additive( if necessary ) . They make up based on a
certain proportion, and formed after stirring, molding, and concrete during
maintain processing. Concrete has the features of abundant raw materials, low
price, and simple production process; as a result, its quantity demanded becomes
large.Reducing structure: cement industry dry method production line produces a
lot of waste heat gas with the temperature lower than 350℃. The reuse of this
waste heat gas will contribute to reducing of energy and lowering cost. In the
past, due to the defect of rotary dryer, waste
heat gas cannot be reused effectively; however, through reducing structure,
dynamic vertical dryer can broaden the diameter of preheating zone, lower wind
speed, largen evaporation space and at the same time control the retention
period via different Deck basin and Deck cone, so as to realize the Maximum
Efficiency of residual-heat utilization.
Detection system: through online
detection of material moisture and gas temperature of preheating zone, drying
zone and arid zones by drying detection system, it can balance and control
material, wind, coal automatically, it also can adjust the system parameter of
heat capacity, air input, secondary hot air distribution material intercepting
and retention period online, so that to achieve technology parameters dynamic
optimum balance, and improve the utilization ration of heat energy of the
system.
Main advantage of dry process is low heat consumption (Energy
consumption for dry process kiln clinker production line with preheater is
3140~3768 J/Kg). The disadvantages are: raw material not easy admixture even,
big dust emission in workshop and high power consumption. Wet process is with
following advantages: easy to operate, easy to control the raw ingredients,
superior quality of products, easy to convey slurry and low dust emission in
workshop, with disadvantage of high heat consumption (Heat consumption of
clinker production is generally 5234~6490 J/Kg).
For improving the efficiency
of production line, hardware facility is the key point. Cement mill, cement rotary
kiln and other auxiliary equipments must be reliable in quality. Cement
production line shall be installed according to the actual landform with the
site guidance from the experts. The requirement to raw material for cement mill
is quite high, so that it is quite wrong to grind the raw material with the same
mill, for which would reduce the service life of mill.
