The raymond mill
is widely used in the field of metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry
and mining to process powder. The series is used in grinding materials with
Moh’s hardness below 7, humidity less than 6%, such as gypsum, talc, calcite,
limestone, marble, feldspar, barite, dolomite, granite, kaolin, bentonite,
bauxite, iron ore etc., the final products change from 613 micron to 44 micron.
Through the function of separator and blower, it can meet different customers’
demands.
After years of practice and improvements, Raymond mill, the
structure has been getting perfect. The equipment is used in grinding the
non-flammable and non-explosive stuff which has the Moh’s hardness below 7,
humidity less than 6%, product fineness between 613 microns to 440
microns(0.613mm-0.44mm), the separator and blower work together, to meet the
different requirements of users.
The materials enter the grinding chamber of
the main frame, the grinding roller swings outward and presses closely upon the
grinding ring due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the main
shaft. The blade carries materials to the space between the grinding roller and
grinding ring, and materials are ground as the grinding roller rolls.
After
being ground, the powder is selected by classifier via
the cycle wind of the blower and the rough powder will be back to the grinding
chamber for regrinding. The qualified powder is brought into the powder
collector together with airflow. The powder comes out as end products while the
airflow goes back to the powder collector in cycling to make the machine work
normally. The remained airflow comes out after purification by dust
filter.
The machine consists of the host, analyzer, blower, cyclone
separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air hose. Moreover, the host
consists of rack, diffuser, shovel knife, grinding roll, grinding ring and
housing.
1.Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley,
drives smoothly and operates reliably.
2.The whole plant is a vertical
structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From
crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production
system.
3.The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the
automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.
4.Main
parts of the whole plant are made from cast and steel of high quality. The
technics is so subtly that insures the durability of whole plant.
5.Compared
with other milling plants, its passing ratio achieves 99%, this is what other
mill can not reach.
