ESD protection scheme for Ethernet(RJ45,100/1000 internet)

Protect the Ethernet to oppose lighting, depending on right ESD component.

1. GDT has a fixed scope. Thevoltage is 90V or 75V, level 2 or level 3.

2. How to choose the right ESD? ESD is close to IC to do the protection. So we need to think of the ability of the IC. Then choose suitable ESD, you can choose: the best capacitance of the ESD, the best clamp voltage of the ESD, the best leakage of the ESD, the best IPP of the ESD.
